According to science, your happiness level is a result of a complex interaction of genes, behaviors, and life circumstances. This means a big portion of how you feel is within your control. The way you spend your time and the thoughts you allow to linger can impact your mood, self-esteem, and long-term happiness.

It’s normal to experience the ups and downs, but, if you’re continually seeking out happiness, or waiting for the perfect moment to be happy, you’re never going to get there.

There are a number of factors that contribute to happiness and techniques for achieving genuine happiness every day. Join me for my upcoming Happiness Challenge to find out if there’s anything you can be doing differently to increase your daily happiness score.

I'm Cassandra, and it's my goal to guide and inspire women to feel better and healthier in their own skin. I help my clients create a plan that'll lead to their brand new healthier, happier, and move energetic selves. Together we adjust and accommodate their plan, building on their skills and knowledge base, so that eating healthier and exercising regularly makes achieving their goals to regain control and enjoy life a reality.

The Brand New Me Wellness Coaching Programs came out of my own personal journey to improve my overall health and wellness. Before I'd always known that I was meant to help others but not HOW. This journey allowed me to lose 110 lbs and uncover my passion and purpose to help other women transform their lives as I have.

Happier Days Are Ahead

During this experience, I will provide insight into the psyche, explain why happiness cannot be found externally, and provide tasks designed to challenge your current habits and way of thinking.

From attitude to gratitude there are exponential ways to improve and increase happiness. Even the happiest of individuals experience bad days, but it’s how you react to negative situations that determines your level of happiness.

Everyone deserves to be happy, which is why I urge everyone to sign up for Happiness Challenge starting on Tuesday, October 1st. Are you ready to look inward for a positive outward experience?
